I’m new to boating and felt it was in safer hands than in a marina

The comments section has been invaluable. It's given us a very clear direction on what we need to focus on over the season, and I'm delighted to say we're already putting many of the suggestions into action:

Can we have more power and water on the maintenance racks? | We have recently installed two new taps on our maintenance racks meaning we have four in total and approximately one between every two boats. There are four electric points also. |
Can you charge my boat for me overnight? | We can charge your boat for you if requested, please leave your charger cable plugged in at the back of your boat so that we do not need to step on board and we can then plug this in for you. Please ensure though that your cable is long enough to reach the electric points from any of the maintenance racks. Please call reception or pop in and we'd be happy to book this in for you. |
Is there any way you can launch my boat quicker than the two hour notice period? | Of course, just give us a call and we will launch you as soon as we can. The two hour notice period is simply there to allow us to plan other jobs and for our busiest of days. |
Can you flush my engine out for me? | We are looking at ways we can do this so that we can offer this service later in the year. *Watch this space* |
Would it be possible to have a key drop/letter box so we can leave keys if arriving when staff have gone? | We do have an option for this but in the interest of security, please ask at reception for details. |
Can we have the tea hut back please? | We have re-instated the tea hut for refreshments. You will find it located between our office and the cafe. Please also remember that you receive 10% discount on food and drinks at the newly refurbished Crate Cafe when you use your 'More' card. Please contact us if you have yet to activate a card. |
I have noticed from time to time black footprints on my boat where I believe some of your team have stepped on my boat whilst manoeuvering it on the pontoons. Can something be done to minimise this? | All of our Drystack team now have non-marking soles on their work boots and shoe covers which they carry with them at all times. |
Can we have some more toilets as this summer, it will be very busy? | We are about to start the process of installing more toilets next to our offices and we are renovating the current ones. |
Will the car park be too busy this summer? | We have recently increased the number of parking bays in the car park and these are now clearly marked with white lines. We also have our overflow car park available at peak times. |
