We’re delighted to share some exciting news. The Trafalgar Group has exchanged contracts to purchase Northshore Shipyard, located in Itchenor on Chichester Harbour. This new addition includes a boatyard, lifting facilities, commercial space, and comfortable office spots.
Spanning approximately 4 acres, the property boasts features such as a deep-water pontoon, two slipways, a café, and commercial buildings totaling 60,000 square feet. This acquisition marks a significant milestone for us, and we’re eager to explore its potential.
