It is with great regret that we have decided to postpone our open day that was planned for this Saturday.

There appears to be increasing numbers of COVID-19 cases in the county that is leading to issues with being ‘pinged’ to self-isolate. To hold a large event that could result in either ‘super spreading’ the virus or potentially needing to close the business for a period of time due to self-isolating just doesn’t feel right to us.

As always our main focus is your safety and enjoyment and it seems that we could be jeopardising both by going ahead with the open day.

The new dates for the event have not yet been set but we will be in touch and reissue invitations when we know more.

Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding and we hope to see you on site soon.

Summer is finally here and we’re going to be celebrating the arrival of the boating season with an open day party on Saturday 24th July and we’d love for you to join us.

Attendance is COMPLETELY FREE and as a huge thank you for being part of the Trafalgar Wharf family, we will have complimentary drinks available throughout the day for all ages and a delicious BBQ will be getting fired up between 15.30 and 17.00 so make sure you join us for something to eat.

Enjoy live music from local singer / songwriter Emily Pellatt and guitarist Benny Jones. Emily and Ben will be performing two acoustic sets between 15:00-16:00 and 16:45-17:45 on the day. You won’t want to miss them!

Take a ‘Buggy Tour’ for a unique chance to how your boat can be stored – high, dry and completely safe and secure. See the massive boat lifts in action. We will be running buggy tours throughout the day and there is no need to book in advance.

FREE paddling boarding

We will be running free paddle boarding sessions in the marina on the day so don’t forget your swimmers. We expect demand to be high for this so advise that you book in advance to avoid disappointment.

FREE fishing sessions

Have you ever tried fishing? Well now is your chance. We will be running some free fishing sessions on the North side of our marina on the day. All the kit you’ll need is provided so you just need to turn up and have fun. Please advise booking this in advance to avoid disappointment.

Children’s Treasure Hunt

Dave the Duck needs your help to learn more about the Trafalgar Group. Your little ones will need to use a treasure map to find the answers to Dave the Ducks questions. If they can get all of the answers right then there is a special prize at the end.

Yes, you heard correctly – a free bar. As a thank you to all of our customers and to celebrate getting back to normality we will be treating you to a free bar service throughout the day including beers, wine, soft drinks as well as G&T’s in partnership with HMS Spirits.
